Our custom designed and built molds are engineered to last. Like any performance built product, ongoing maintenance and repair are required for maximum output. Tri-Star production and mold making staff have access to the latest technology which is optimized through their experience and knowledge. They proactively work to identify wear issues in components before they can impact production.
In house state-of-the-art CNC high speed milling centers, Wire and Sink EDM and other equipment are used for the precision manufacturing of components allowing us to respond quickly to mold repairs and engineering changes.
