Changes are part of the game when perfecting a product. Too often, suppliers push projects through to manufacturing. Sometimes it’s driven by the customer, many times it’s a lack of project management and discipline.
At Tri-Star, we’ve put in place the disciplines designed to safeguard customer delivery, and ultimately the end product.

We take the necessary time from beginning to end and into
production to accurately detail changes, update documents and communicate to all parties exactly where we are in the process. Upon delivery, there are no surprises.
