Mold integrity is a key factor to durability and performance over the life of the tool. When you’re running engineered materials or require 24/7 reliability, mold integrity is everything. We start with quality materials including H13, P20, MOLDMAX and RAMAX® 420 stainless in the fabrication of many components. Use of advanced heat treating and coating technologies provide added tool life and wear resistance, cycle after cycle.
ISO Certification
Each mold system is built using advanced technologies to exacting ISO 9001:2000 process control standards.
Custom Machining
Utilization of high speed hard milling, wire and sink EDM techniques are combined to produce precision components as part of Tri-Stars’ value added manufacturing services and solutions.

Utilizing the latest equipment and processes, and as part of our teamwork philosophy, they have developed several proprietary manufacturing processes that have significantly improved the final product. One example of this can be seen in our process for Hard Milling of detailed components.
In most cases, we are able to manufacture to a mold ready finish, eliminating inaccuracies caused by manual fitting and handwork.
